Architecting ISO 20022-based microservices for real-time settlement processing under the Instant Payment Regulation, and mentoring a cross-functional team of backend engineers.

Designed and implemented event-driven architectures for cross-border payment and cash management flows over SWIFT. Led the migration from monolithic JEE systems to Spring-based microservices, and reduced settlement latency through custom caching strategies.
